- 1/2 portion Ramen noodle
- Meat of your choice
- 1/2 boiled egg
- 1 seaweed
- a portion of wakame salad
- half cube chicken or beef stock
- 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon oil
Put ramen for a minute in boiling water. Take out the ramen and rinse good. Keep around 1 cup of starched water i.e. the water left after boiling the ramen. It makes you help good broth. Put noodle in the bowl. Top up with meat, seaweed, wakame salad and egg. Pour hot broth.
For broth: Add another cup of water in a starched water. Put stock cube. Bring to boil. Fry ginger-garlic paste and onion in a separate pan. When done add into the broth. Let it shimmer until you set the bowl.
