- 2 chicken legs
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 portion of cabbage (chopped)
- 2 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon mix spices
- salt and pepper for seasoning
Boil chicken for 10-15 minutes. Peel the meat out of bone and cut into pieces. Heat oil in the skillet. Fry onion till brown. Put chicken and fry for few minutes add mix spices and the salt and pepper. Then add chopped cabbage. Now add oyster sauce in the chicken and stir and fry for around 2 minutes. Chicken in oyster sauce is done.
