Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

(for 4 parathas)

  • 200 Flour
  • 2 big Potatoes
  • 1 Tomato 
  • 1 Onion
  • Cabbage (optional)
  • Crushed garlic and ginger
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Paprika powder
  • Butter

Method

Make a dough with flour. For filling: boil potatoes and mash them in a container, chop vegetables, mix them with mashed potatoes, add crushed garlic and ginger and add salt and paprika powder. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and make a ball out of it. Flatten the ball into round shape in around 6 inches diameter. Put the mixed ingredients in the middle and again make a round shape. Then, flatten to round shaped but this time thinner and bigger. Heat butter in a pan and cook paratha in the butter. When done slice it into 4 equal parts (but this step is not necessary).
