Spicy pork


  • 200 grams pork belly
  • bean sprouts
  • 8 small dried chilly pepper, crushed (can put more or less)
  • 1/2 onion
  • a piece garlic, crushed
  • 2 cloves of ginger, crushed
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce


Cut pork into thin slices and boil till its cooked. Heat oil. Turn on medium to low heat, then add onion and fry for half a minute. Add crushed ginger and garlic. Fry until they get brown. Add pork, Stir fry till some part of meat starts getting golden brown. Add soy sauce and mix well. Add bean sprouts. Add salt for seasoning. After around 2 minutes of stir frying, spicy pork is ready.
