Pork chowmein


  • 1/2 noodles
  • 200 gram pork
  • 2 handful of bean sprouts 
  • 3/4 cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • a piece of ginger, crushed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste


Boil noodles as instructed in the packet. Heat oil in the frying pan. Add onion, after few seconds of stirring add crushed garlic and ginger. Fry till it get brown. Add pork and fry  until its cooked. Add cabbage and bean sprouts. Fry for a minute. Add noodles and mix well other ingredients, while stir frying. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir fry for around 2 minutes. If you like crunchy vegetables, add noodles first then add vegetables.
