Scrambled egg

scrambled egg


  • 2 eggs
  • generous amount of butter
  • pinch of salt 
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 tea spoon olive oil


Heat butter in a sauce pan in a very low heat. Once the butter is melted put eggs and stir gently. When eggs are cooked turn off the heat. Add salt, pepper and olive oil and mix gently. Scrambled egg is ready. Enjoy!
