- fish fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- ajinamoto (mono sodium glutamate)
Heat oil in a frying pan. Put onion and fry it for 1-2 minutes until it gets nice color. Put all the ingredients and stir fry for few minutes. Add little bit of water and cover with lid. Cook till its ready.
