Easy fried rice


  • 1 table spoon cooking oil
  • half red onion
  • spring onion 
  • 1 green pepper
  • leftover rice
  • soy sauce
  • salt


Heat oil in the frying pan. Put onion and stir it. Then put the rice and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, spring onion, green pepper and salt to taste. Fry for 1 minute and it is ready.
